October 2016 to December 2017 Customer Care Representative for TeleTech - Rockledge, FL Primary duty was to sell and enroll customers in healthcare and Medicare plans. I have an active agent's license to sell health insurance. After open enrollment for the ACA, I was retained for the next Teletech's campaign with their client Intuit Software for their product Turbotax for the tax season. Following the tax season, I obtained my AHIP certification for sales and enrollments for beneficiaries into Medicare plans (Medigap, Medicare and Part D) with their client Aon Hewitt.
